How do I order?
To order, click the order now link in the top menu. Select the amount of bedrooms and the size sheets needed, and any add-ons. Specify your arrival and departure dates for delivery and pickup. To complete your order, please make payment via PayPal. Please note, you do not need a PayPal account to make payment. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
How does delivery work?
Each rental property will incur a $15.00 delivery fee. Delivery hours are between 9am and 4 pm on your scheduled delivery date. All items will be placed in a sheltered location (i.e. car port, awning, outside shower stall) to the best of our ability.
How does pick up work?
All items must be placed back in the bag/container in which you received them and returned to the same location they were delivered by 9 am. Sheets, towels, and beach towels DO NOT need to be laundered. Please remove any sand and debris from beach items.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received 5 to 10 days prior will incur a 15% cancellation penalty and requests received less than 5 days from date of arrival will be charged a 50% penalty.
What happens if I lose or damage the rentals?
All items must be returned in the same condition you received them. The renter will be responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged or lost items.
Are there any cleaning fees?
Items returned with stains a “normal” wash cycle will not remove will receive a $10 cleaning charge.
I have allergies. How are the linens processed?
Microfiber sheets are hypoallergenic and anti microbial. We care for our linens as if they were our own.
We’re staying only for a few nights. Can we still rent?
At this time, Sheets Surf & More only offers flat weekly rentals. However, if your stay is shorter or longer than one week, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
